Is there a minimum time requirement for projects?

Yes. Installation work is subject to minimum time requirements based on crew scheduling and project needs. Details are reviewed and confirmed during the quoting process.

How is pricing structured for TSS projects?

Project pricing can be provided either as an hourly rate or as a quoted job, depending on the scope, timeline, and client preference. We review project details in advance and recommend the most appropriate pricing approach to ensure clarity and efficiency.

Do you provide equipment and transportation?

Yes. Standard installation equipment is provided at no additional charge. Transportation options, including trucks or vans, can be arranged when required as part of the project.

How do we get a quote for installation or freight services?

You can submit an inquiry through our contact form for installation, relocation, or freight coordination needs. For installation projects, quotes are based on scope, location, and timeline. Freight quotes depend on shipment details and are confirmed before scheduling.

Are your installation crews insured and experienced?

Yes. Our installers are experienced professionals, and all work is fully insured with General Liability and Workers’ Compensation coverage. Insurance certificates are available upon request.

Do you provide equipment for installations?

Yes. We provide standard installation equipment such as panel dollies, flat dollies, ramps, and Masonite at no additional charge to support efficient and safe project execution.

Can you help coordinate freight if delivery is part of the project?

Yes. When transportation is part of the scope, freight coordination can be handled through our affiliated brokerage, 3:16 Freight. This allows installation and delivery to be aligned under one point of contact.

How do you communicate during a project?

We prioritize clear, consistent communication before, during, and after each project. Updates and coordination are handled directly with your point of contact to ensure expectations are met and timelines stay on track.
